Terms and Conditions for joining ONESIAM membership
• I agree that the Company will issue a card or any other evidences indicating and confirming ONESIAM membership according to the type of ONESIAM member described below, in any form designated by the Company, e.g., digital membership card (collectively, the “Card”) to me, until I or the Company will cancel my ONESIAM membership in accordance with the methods prescribed by the Company. I hereby agree and acknowledge that I have to present the Card or any other information indicating my ONESIAM membership through any channels prescribed by the Company, including, without limitation, ONESIAM Application, any other applications, and any other programs, to the Company or any other persons prescribed by the Company, to obtain any privileges from ONESIAM membership.
There are 5 categories of ONESIAM members, namely ONESIAM JAI, ONESIAM Black, ONESIAM Gold, ONESIAM Titanium, and ONESIAM White. The requirements for being each type of ONESIAM member are as follows:
1) ONESIAM JAI: Eligibility to become a JAI member is subject to invitation by the Company at its sole discretion, and the total number of JAI members shall be limited to such number as may be prescribed by the Company from time to time. The qualifications and eligibility requirements applicable to JAI members shall be determined solely by the Company from time to time and published through this link * or any other communication channels of the Company. All JAI members shall comply with and be bound by the JAI Membership Terms and Conditions, which are accessible via this link *.
2) ONESIAM Black: Accumulate purchase spending of Baht 1,500,000 upward (1 receipt upward) per day, or Baht 3,000,000 upward (1 receipt upward) per year, provided that at least Baht 300,000 of such purchase spending is derived from Luxury Fashion stores as designated by the Company, and subject to invitation by the Company.
3) ONESIAM Gold: Accumulate purchase spending of Baht 200,000 upward (1 receipt upward) per day, or Baht 500,000 upward (1 receipt upward) per year.
4) ONESIAM Titanium: Accumulate purchase spending of Baht 30,000 upward (1 receipt upward) per day, or Baht 100,000 upward (1 receipt upward) per year.
5) ONESIAM White: Eligible to participate without any minimum purchase requirement.
The Company reserves the right to change the ONESIAM membership categories and/or the eligibility criteria for each ONESIAM membership category as set out above, as the Company deems appropriate. The Company shall notify ONESIAM members of any such change through any communication channel of the Company.
• When becoming ONESIAM member, I have the right to participate in marketing activities to be conducted for the privileges of ONESIAM member, which shall include but not be limited to communication, marketing communications, offers, public relations, news, sale promotion, giving of marketing privileges, product display, providing or supporting special activities, direct marketing, and/or invitation for me to participate in the activities in various formats for sale of products, services, or fame with the Company, Siam Piwat Group, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, companies in the group, tenants and service users of the premises and/or business partners of Siam Piwat Group (hereinafter the Company, Siam Piwat Group, its affiliates, its subsidiaries, and companies in the group will be collectively referred to as “Siam Piwat Group”, and the tenants and service users of the premises, and the business partners of Siam Piwat Group will be collectively referred to as “Business Partners”).
• I acknowledge that points/coins I collected from ONESIAM membership according to the conditions prescribed by the Company can be redeemed for gift cards, cash vouchers, or various prizes according to the conditions prescribed by the Company only. Such points/coins cannot be exchanged for cash.
• I hereby agree to the terms and conditions for use of the Card and ONESIAM membership prescribed by the Company, as well as any changes that may occur in the future, whereby the Company will notify such changes through any communication channel of the Company.
• I hereby agree that the Company may reject my participation to be ONESIAM member as the Company deems appropriate without notifying me in advance and shall bear no liability to me.
• I hereby agree that if I return any products purchased from any participating shops, the Company may deduct points/coins obtained from the returned products from my ONESIAM member account, or other rights of mine immediately without notifying me in advance. I also agree to return rewards redeemed from the points/coins collected, or return in cash per a value of the rewards announced by the Company immediately.
• I hereby agree that I am solely responsible for all taxes arising from redemption of points/coins to gift cards, cash vouchers, discounts or rewards (if applicable).
• I acknowledge that if I violate these terms and conditions and any applicable policies, the Company and Siam Piwat Group may consider taking any action as it deems appropriate, including suspension or cancellation of my ONESIAM membership, including taking any action as appropriate.
• I hereby agree that the Company, Siam Piwat Group and Business Partners can change the terms and conditions for the Card usage, ONESIAM membership, and participation in marketing activities, as well as gifts provided for redemption, including special privileges, without notifying me in advance. In case there is a problem or conflict about such terms and conditions, the Company is the arbiter and the Company’s decision is final.
• The Company and Siam Piwat Group are not liable to you or any person in the following cases:
• Unauthorized use of the Card or unauthorized exercise of any rights of ONESIAM membership;
• Usage of the Card, or exercise of any rights of ONESIAM membership has been delayed or caused errors due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company or Siam Piwat Group;
• Any loss, defect or damage which is not caused by the fault of the Company or Siam Piwat Group;
• The legality of the transaction occurring between you and the participating stores; and/or
• Any event arising from force majeure (including natural disasters, new strains of coronavirus, or COVID-19, pandemic, mutant pandemic, quarantine, government-directed activities, etc.).
• You hereby agree to indemnify, protect against damages and release any liability of the Company and Siam Piwat Group from all claims, litigations, actions, orders, liabilities and damages of any kind, including all related liabilities, damages, debt settlements, penalties, fines, expenses and costs arising from or in connection with a breach or violation of these terms and conditions and any other relevant policies.
• These terms and conditions are prepared in Thai and English. In the event of a conflict between the Thai version and the English version, the Thai version shall apply.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be prosecuted at a court of competent jurisdiction in Thailand.
• I represent and warrant that I have read and acknowledged the content of the privacy policy of the Company, which explains the collection, use, disclosure and/or cross-border transfer of my personal data, as prescribed in https://www.onesiam.com/en/privacy-policy which may be amended from time to time. (Please read the Company’s privacy policy every time before conducting a transaction with the Company.)
• I represent and warrant to the Company that any data that I have given to the Company, including personal data, is correct, complete, and up-to-date. I will notify the Company if there are any changes to the content of the data given to the Company, so that the Company can serve and/or take any action as stated in these terms and conditions to me continuously.
• In case I have given personal data of another person to the Company, I certify that (a) the data subject of such personal data is informed of the collection, use, disclosure, and/or cross-border transfer under these terms and conditions, (b) I have obtained consent or I can rely on other legal basis for the collection, use, disclosure, and/or cross-border transfer of their personal data in compliance with personal data protection laws, and (c) I am authorized to disclose personal data of such person to the Company, entitling the Company to collect, use, disclose, and/or cross-border transfer personal data for the same purposes prescribed herein. I will indemnify the Company entirely from fines, loss, or damages occurred to the Company as a result of my violation of any of these representations and warranties.
• I acknowledge and accept the following privileges for ONESIAM member:
17.1 The Card can be used for discount and to collect points/coins, in accordance with conditions prescribed by the Company, at Siam Center Shopping Center, Siam Discovery Shopping Center, Siam Paragon Shopping Center, and ICONSIAM Shopping Center, other shopping centers or any other channels designated by the Company.
17.2 Presenting the Card or any information indicating the status of being ONESIAM member, e.g., number of the Card, or mobile phone number of ONESIAM member, is required before payment of products and/service fees at the participating shops in order to receive points/coins, and presenting the Card or such information together with an identification card of ONESIAM member is required for collecting points/coins at Information Counter or any other channels prescribed by the Company.
17.3 When the points/coins collected meet the conditions prescribed by the Company, the points/coins can be redeemed as a gift card, voucher, discount, or reward according to the conditions prescribed by the Company.
17.4 Any collected points/coins in an account of ONESIAM member shall not be transferred to any account of other ONESIAM members, or transferred as the right to others.
17.5 The points/coins redeemed in any time will be processed and deducted from the remaining points immediately.
17.6 The points/coins collected will be valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. (For points/coins collected from special sale promotions, the Company will notify the expiration of such points/coins in public relations media prescribed by the Company.)
17.7 In case of cancellation of ONESIAM membership by ONESIAM member or the Company, or the points/coins expire, I shall lose the right to use the points/coins to redeem any rewards immediately.

Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements Applicable to JAI Members (as of *)
1. Calendar-Year Membership Cycle
Subject to Item 2 below, JAI Membership for each JAI member shall be administered and assessed on a calendar-year basis from 1 January to 31 December of each year, unless earlier suspended, revoked, or terminated in accordance with the JAI Membership Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, any JAI Membership granted to a JAI member during a calendar year shall remain valid only until 31 December of that calendar year, regardless of the date on which such JAI Membership becomes effective, unless otherwise determined by the Company.
2. Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements for the Initial Period
For JAI Membership granted to each JAI member commencing on the effective date specified above and ending on 31 December 2027, no minimum spending requirement shall apply; provided that each JAI member shall attend at least 3 JAI events by 31 December 2027.
3. Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements from 1 January 2028 Onwards
From 1 January 2028 onwards, in order to be eligible for JAI Membership, a JAI member shall either: (i) have a minimum annual spending of Baht 3,000,000; or (ii) attend at least four 4 JAI events during the relevant calendar year, or otherwise satisfy such qualifications and eligibility requirements as may be prescribed by the Company from time to time.
4. Renewal of JAI Membership
The renewal of JAI Membership shall be subject to the JAI member satisfying the applicable qualifications, eligibility requirements, and renewal criteria prescribed by the Company from time to time. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing may result in the non-renewal, suspension, revocation, or termination of the JAI Membership at the Company’s sole discretion.
JAI Membership Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in and participating in the JAI membership program (the “JAI Membership”), which forms part of the ONESIAM Loyalty Program provided by Velocity Company Limited (the “Company”) and offers global networking opportunities, luxury experiences, and premium events and services, a JAI member agrees to be bound by these JAI Membership Terms and Conditions.
A. Terms and Conditions for JAI Membership
1. I acknowledge and agree that eligibility to become a JAI member is limited exclusively to ONESIAM members who have been invited by the Company, at its sole discretion, to participate in the JAI Membership. To maintain my status as a JAI member, I shall continuously satisfy the qualifications and eligibility requirements prescribed by the Company from time to time. If, at any time, I do not meet such qualifications or eligibility requirements, I acknowledge and agree that my JAI membership and my status as a JAI member may be immediately revoked by the Company, without any liability whatsoever on the part of the Company arising out of or in connection with such revocation.
2. I agree to be bound by these JAI Membership Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions generally applicable to JAI members. The Company may notify JAI members of any material changes to these JAI Membership Terms and Conditions, or any other applicable terms and conditions through the communication channels of the Company or the Siam Piwat Group (as defined below). For the latest versions of the applicable terms and conditions, please visit the Company’s or the Siam Piwat Group’s websites and other communication channels from time to time.
3. As a JAI member, I acknowledge and agree that I may receive and participate in marketing activities relating to the JAI Membership, including, without limitation, communications, offers, public relations events, news updates, sales promotions, direct marketing activities, and invitations to participate in activities relating to the promotion or sale of products, services, or events offered by the Company, Siam Piwat Group, or the affiliates and subsidiaries of the Siam Piwat Group (collectively, the “Siam Piwat Group”), as well as its business partners (the “Business Partners”).
4. I hereby agree that JAI Membership certificates may be issued to me in digital form by the Company or the Business Partners. Such JAI Membership digital certificates have no cash value and may not be traded, assigned, transferred, or otherwise disposed of to any other person under any circumstances. If the JAI Membership digital certificate is lost, the Company reserves the right to charge a reissuance fee in an amount determined by the Company from time to time.
5. I acknowledge that offers for privileges, products, services, and event tickets available through the JAI Membership platform in ONESIAM Application may be subject to additional charges and separate terms and conditions prescribed by the Company, the Siam Piwat Group, or the Business Partners.
6. I acknowledge that offers provided by Business Partners are subject to the separate terms and conditions of each Business Partner. I further agree that I am responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policies of such Business Partners.
7. I hereby agree that I am solely responsible for any and all taxes arising from or in connection with the purchase of privileges, products, services, and event tickets (if applicable) made through the JAI Membership platform in ONESIAM Application.
8. I acknowledge that, if I violate any terms and conditions or policies applicable to the JAI Membership, the Company or the Siam Piwat Group reserves the right to take any action that it deems appropriate, including suspending or cancelling my JAI membership.
9. I hereby agree that the Company, the Siam Piwat Group, and the Business Partners may modify the benefits, conditions, and level of participation in marketing activities, as well as any gifts or special privileges provided, without prior notice to me. In the event of any issue, dispute, or inconsistency arising out of or in connection with these JAI Membership Terms and Conditions, the Company shall be the final arbiter, and the Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
10. I hereby agree that the Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke my JAI membership at its sole discretion. The Company will notify me of such suspension or revocation, together with the reasons therefor, and the Company shall bear no liability to me in connection therewith. If I believe that my JAI membership has been suspended or revoked in error, I may submit an appeal to the Company for its review.
11. If the JAI Membership is terminated, any unredeemed benefits shall be immediately forfeited without any obligation, refund, compensation, or liability on the part of the Company, unless otherwise announced by the Company. Upon such termination, the Company shall have no obligation to provide any replacement program. The Company, the Siam Piwat Group, and/or the Business Partners reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to determine the treatment of any benefits under the JAI Membership following the effective date of termination, including the right to refuse to provide any such benefits after the effective date of termination. The Company, the Siam Piwat Group, or the Business Partners may announce alternative remedial measures following such termination.
For the avoidance of doubt, upon the termination of the JAI Membership, any rights and obligations relating to the ONESIAM membership or any other memberships, programs, or services offered by the Company or the Siam Piwat Group that are subject to separate terms and conditions shall remain unaffected by such termination of the JAI Membership.
12. The Company reserves the right to adjust or modify the business structure, plans, and benefits of the JAI Membership from time to time. If any such adjustment or modification materially affects me, the Company or the Siam Piwat Group will notify me of such adjustment or modification in advance.
13. The Company and the Siam Piwat Group shall not be liable to you or any other person for:
a. any unauthorized use of your JAI membership, or the loss, theft, or destruction of any username, password, or JAI Membership digital certificate;
b. any delay in the provision of, or any issue relating to, the JAI Membership or any associated benefits, privileges, products, or services arising from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company or the Siam Piwat Group;
c. any loss, defect, damage, cost, or expense not caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Company or the Siam Piwat Group;
d. the legality, validity, performance, or enforcement of any transaction between you and any Business Partner; or
e. any event arising from force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, mutations of pandemics, quarantines, governmental actions, or any other events beyond the reasonable control of the Company or the Siam Piwat Group.
14. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, the Siam Piwat Group, the Business Partners, and their respective principals, directors, employees, contractors, agents, partners, licensors, and distributors shall not be liable for any personal injury or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the JAI Membership, including, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, or other indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
15. These JAI Membership Terms and Conditions shall form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions for joining ONESIAM membership. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these JAI Membership Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions for joining ONESIAM membership, these JAI Membership Terms and Conditions shall prevail in all respects.
16. I hereby acknowledge that the Company, the Siam Piwat Group, or the Business Partners may collect, record, and use my photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings in connection with my attendance at any event relating to the JAI Membership. The collection, use, disclosure, and processing of such photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings shall be governed by the privacy policy applicable to ONESIAM members, which is accessible through the link to such privacy policy provided in the Terms and Conditions for joining ONESIAM membership.
17. These JAI Membership Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these JAI Membership Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.

B. I acknowledge and accept the benefits and conditions of the JAI Membership as follows:
1. A JAI member shall be entitled to access exclusive benefits, privileges, products, services, experiences, and events in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the Company, the Siam Piwat Group and the Business Partners.
2. All benefits (including exclusive privileges, products, services, and other offerings) shall be made available through the JAI Membership platform in ONESIAM Application. To purchase, book, or access such benefits, a JAI member shall log in to the JAI Membership platform in ONESIAM Application. To redeem any purchased privileges, products, services, or event tickets, a JAI member shall present proof of JAI Membership or proof of purchase (e.g., a QR code), as specified by the Company or the relevant Business Partner, at the designated venue or through the designated channel.
3. JAI Membership and any benefits associated therewith may not be assigned, transferred, or otherwise made available from one JAI member to another.
4. The benefits available under the JAI Membership may include the following:
a. Privileges
i. Special rates and discounts for activities and events organized by the Siam Piwat Group and the Business Partners.
ii. Privileges at the Siam Piwat Group’s shopping centers, including lounge access and personal assistance services.
iii. Other global privileges offered through the Siam Piwat Group’s international partners.
b. Services
i. Services available at the shopping centers of the Siam Piwat Group and the Business Partners.
ii. Transportation services to selected destinations and to events organized by the Siam Piwat Group and the Business Partners.
iii. Access to fast-track immigration services at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
iv. Personal shopping experiences at the shopping centers of the Siam Piwat Group.
c. Experiences and Events
i. Access to events organized at the shopping centers of the Siam Piwat Group.
ii. Early access to events organized by the Siam Piwat Group and the Business Partners.
iii. Access to private events.
iv. Special rates and discounted prices for events or activities organized by the Siam Piwat Group and the Business Partners.
The benefits, details, and conditions applicable to the JAI Membership shall be as set out on the JAI Membership platform in ONESIAM Application and may be amended, modified, or updated from time to time. JAI members are encouraged to review the applicable benefit details and conditions each time prior to conducting any transaction with the Company, the Siam Piwat Group, or the Business Partners.
5. In the event of the termination of the JAI Membership, the expiration of any associated benefits, the cancellation of the JAI Membership by the Company, or the revocation of my JAI membership in accordance with these JAI Membership Terms and Conditions, I acknowledge and agree that I shall immediately lose all rights to access or receive any benefits provided under the JAI Membership and shall not be entitled to any compensation, reimbursement, refund, or claim of any kind against the Company or the Siam Piwat Group arising out of or in connection with such termination, expiration, cancellation, or revocation.
