I hereby agree, confirm and warrant that:

1. I, as the purchaser, who: a. cancelled the order (or whose order has been cancelled by the seller) or retuned the goods according to the conditions prescribed by ONESIAM Application provider and/or the seller; and b. request for a refund of goods’ price, am the same person with an owner of bank account
provided to ONESIAM Application provider without any argument, and have a full capacity to legally enter into any transactions.
2. ONESIAM Application provider will make the refund of goods’ price for and on behalf of the seller only for my convenience without prejudice to any rights, obligations and liabilities under the sale and purchase transaction between I and the seller. However, ONESIAM Application provider has its sole
discretion in considering and making a judgement to the request for refund of goods’ price, and the judgement in respect of such request from ONESIAM Application provider is binding and final. In such event, I will be unable to take any legal proceedings or file any claims against ONESIAM Application
provider therefrom.
