การบันทึกทะเบียนรถ (Save License Plate)

1. สมาชิก ONESIAM สามารถบันทึกทะเบียนรถได้สูงสุด 4 หมายเลขทะเบียน ผ่าน ONESIAM SuperApp
2. การบันทึกทะเบียนรถจะต้องดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้
   • ลูกค้ารับบัตรจอดรถจากตู้จำหน่ายบัตร ณ อาคารจอด ที่ สยามคาร์ปาร์ค สยามพารากอน หรือ ไอคอนสยาม
   • ทำการสแกน QR Code ที่อยู่บนบัตรจอดรถผ่านฟีเจอร์ E-Parking บน ONESIAM SuperApp เพื่อเชื่อมโยงทะเบียนรถกับบัญชีสมาชิกก่อน เมื่อขั้นตอนนี้สำเร็จแล้ว ลูกค้าจะสามารถเลือกบันทึกทะเบียนรถได้ โดยทะเบียนที่ถูกบันทึกแล้วจะไม่สามารถนำไปใช้กับบัญชีสมาชิกอื่นซ้ำได้
   • หากทะเบียนรถที่ลูกค้าพยายามจะบันทึกมีการเชื่อมโยงกับบัญชีอื่นอยู่แล้ว ระบบจะไม่สามารถทำรายการได้ และจะแสดงข้อความแจ้งเตือนพร้อมเบอร์โทรติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อดำเนินการต่อ
3. เมื่อลูกค้าบันทึกทะเบียนรถเรียบร้อยแล้ว ในการใช้บริการจอดรถครั้งถัดไป ระบบจะทำการเชื่อมต่อทะเบียนรถที่บันทึกไว้โดยอัตโนมัติ โดยลูกค้าไม่จำเป็นต้องสแกน QR Code ที่บัตรจอดรถ
4. ท่านสมาชิกสามารถตรวจสอบรายละเอียดการจอดรถได้ดังนี้
   • เปิด ONESIAM SuperApp
   • เลือกเมนู "E-Parking"
   • ระบบจะแสดงข้อมูลการจอดรถ และยอดค่าใช้จ่ายตามปกติ 

การแทนที่ทะเบียนรถเดิม

1. ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าได้บันทึกทะเบียนรถครบจำนวนสูงสุดแล้ว (4 ทะเบียน)
2. หากลูกค้าทำการสแกนบัตรจอดรถของรถคันที่ 5 เข้ามาในระบบ ONESIAM SuperApp ระบบจะแสดงแถบสีฟ้า แจ้งเตือนให้ลูกค้าดำเนินการ แทนที่ทะเบียนรถเดิม
3. เมื่อลูกค้ากดที่แถบสีฟ้า ดังกล่าว ระบบจะแสดงรายการทะเบียนรถทั้งหมดที่บันทึกไว้ในระบบ โดยลูกค้าสามารถเลือกได้ว่าจะต้องการแทนที่ทะเบียนรถคันใด หลังจากเลือกทะเบียนที่ต้องการแทนที่แล้ว ลูกค้าจะต้องระบุ จังหวัดของทะเบียนรถใหม่ และกด บันทึก ระบบจะดำเนินการ แทนที่ทะเบียนรถเดิมด้วยทะเบียนรถใหม่ทันที

การจัดการทะเบียนรถที่บันทึกไว้

1. ลูกค้าสามารถดำเนินการจัดการทะเบียนรถได้ด้วยตนเองผ่าน ONESIAM SuperApp
   • เข้าไปที่เมนู ทะเบียนรถของฉัน (My License Plate)
   • เลือกทะเบียนรถที่ต้องการ
   • กดลบทะเบียนรถได้ทันที
2. ลูกค้ายังสามารถติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อจัดการทะเบียนรถผ่านช่องทางต่อไปนี้
   • โทรศัพท์ติดต่อ Call Center เพื่อแจ้งความประสงค์
   • เดินทางมายัง Information เคาน์เตอร์ ที่ศูนย์การค้า เพื่อแจ้งความประสงค์ 

สำหรับสมาชิก ONESIAM Black ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์จอดรถฟรีสามารถเปิดการใช้งานได้ ผ่าน ONESIAM SuperApp

• สมาชิก ONESIAM Black รับสิทธิ์ ได้ 3 ทะเบียนรถ ตามเงื่อนไขการใช้งาน

1.  ลูกค้าสามารถดำเนินการ เปิดการใช้งาน ทะเบียนรถเพื่อรับสิทธิ์จอดรถฟรี (Free License / Privilege Plate) ได้ 2 วิธี
   • ทำรายการผ่าน ฟีเจอร์ E-Parking เมื่อมีการสแกนบัตรจอดรถ โดยสมาชิก ONESIAM สามารถทำการบันทึกทะเบียนรถ และ เปิดใช้งานทะเบียนรถสำหรับสิทธิ์จอดรถฟรี ได้ในเวลาเดียวกัน
   • เข้าไปที่เมนู ทะเบียนรถของฉัน เพื่อทำการเปิดใช้งานทะเบียนรถสำหรับสิทธิ์จอดรถฟรี โดยการกรอกทะเบียนรถด้วยตนเอง หรือเลือกจากทะเบียนรถที่บันทึกไว้
   • หลังจากลูกค้าทำการเปิดใช้งานทะเบียนรถ เรียบร้อยแล้ว ระบบจะเริ่มเปิดใช้งานสิทธิ์ในวันถัดไป
   • ตัวอย่าง: หากลูกค้าทำการ Activate ในวันจันทร์ ระบบจะเริ่มให้สิทธิ์จอดรถฟรีในวันอังคารเป็นต้นไป 

การตรวจสอบสิทธิ์จอดรถฟรีสำหรับ สมาชิก ONESIAM Black

1. ลูกค้าสามารถตรวจสอบสิทธิ์การจอดรถฟรีได้ผ่านเมนูทะเบียนรถของฉันภายในแอปพลิเคชัน ONESIAM SuperApp โดยระบบจะแสดงข้อมูลระยะเวลาการใช้งานสิทธิ์อย่างชัดเจน
2. สมาชิก ONESIAM Black จะได้รับสิทธิ์จอดรถฟรีเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี โดยนับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ ซึ่งระบบจะเริ่มนับระยะเวลาการใช้งานโดยอัตโนมัติทันที แม้ว่าลูกค้าจะยังไม่ได้ดำเนินการเปิดใช้งานสิทธิ์ก็ตาม
   • ตัวอย่าง: หากลูกค้าได้รับสิทธิ์ในวันที่ 1 มกราคม ระบบจะนับระยะเวลาสิทธิ์จอดรถฟรีตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม จนถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม (โดยประมาณ)

การแจ้งขอลบทะเบียนรถ Free License หรือ Privilege Plate

1. ลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อเพื่อขอลบ หรือแก้ไขทะเบียนรถ Privilege ได้ผ่านช่องทางดังนี้:
   • โทรศัพท์ติดต่อ information เคาน์ตอร์ เพื่อแจ้งความประสงค์ในการลบ เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือแก้ไขทะเบียนรถ
   • เดินทางมายัง Information เคาน์เตอร์ ที่ศูนย์การค้า เพื่อแจ้งความประสงค์ในการลบ เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือแก้ไขทะเบียนรถ 

บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการอัปเดตหรือถอดถอนข้อมูลทะเบียนรถออกจากบัญชีสมาชิก หากมีหลักฐานอันสมควรเชื่อได้ว่าบุคคลดังกล่าวมิใช่เจ้าของกรรมสิทธิ์ของรถยนต์คันนั้นอีกต่อไป ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้ข้อมูลที่บันทึกไว้ถูกต้องตามความเป็นจริง และเพื่อประโยชน์ของสมาชิกท่านอื่นในการใช้งานระบบอย่างถูกต้อง

Terms and Conditions for Car Parking at Siam Car Park and Siam Paragon

• Free parking for the first 2 hours. For the third hour, the rate will be 30 baht per hour. For the seventh hour and above, the rate will be 60 baht per hour.
• Free parking for the first 3 hours when using the services of Paragon Cineplex, SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World, Madame Tussauds BANGKOK, Fitness First Platinum, Virgin Active, or Bright Space Zone (1 course).
• Free parking for the first 4 hours when presenting a receipt of 800 baht.
• Free parking for the first 6 hours when presenting a receipt of 3,000 baht and above, or when using the services at Bright Space Zone (2 courses).
• Free parking for the first 8 hours when presenting a receipt of 6,000 baht and above, or when using the services at Bright Space Zone (3 courses).
• A fraction of an hour will be charged as a full hour.
• In case of overnight parking without permission, a fine of 1,000 THB per night will be charged (exclusive of parking fee).

Terms and Conditions for Car Parking at ICONSIAM

• Free parking for the first 2 hours. For the next hour, the rate will be 30 baht per hour. For the seventh hour and above, the rate will be 60 baht per hour.
• Free parking for the first 4 hours when presenting a receipt of 500 baht. For the next hour, the rate will be 30 baht per hour. For the seventh hour and above, the rate will be 60 baht per hour (including the first 2 hours).
• Free parking for the first 6 hours when presenting a receipt of 1,000 baht and above. For the next hour, the rate will be 60 baht per hour (including the first 2 hours).
• Free parking for the first 8 hours when presenting a receipt of 2,000 baht and above. For the next hour, the rate will be 60 baht per hour (including the first 2 hours).
• In case of a lost parking receipt, a fine of 1,000 baht will be applied (parking fee not included). 

Terms and Conditions for E-Parking Stamp

• Customers can use the E-Parking Stamp via the ONESIAM Application only and shall register as “ONESIAM member”.
• The E-Parking Stamp system provides free parking stamps for cars only. For motorcycles, please contact the information counter to receive a free parking stamp. 
• Customers can register with only one car per parking session for the E-Parking Stamp. If any customer attempts to register more than one car, the system will only count the first car registered.
• Receipts eligible for the E-Parking Stamp shall meet the following criteria:
  • The receipt date must be the same as the stamp date.
  • The receipt must be a genuine, original receipt.
  • The receipt must be issued from stores located in Siam Center, Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon, or ICONSIAM.
• The receipt must clearly display the receipt number, transaction date, and amount.
• Once any customer uses the E-Parking Stamp, it will automatically collect spending data and ONESIAM Coins (for participating stores). If the customer does not apply for any promotional campaign, the basic spending rate will apply, and the campaign cannot be applied retroactively.
• If customers accumulate their spending using the Snap & Collect service, free parking hours will be automatically recorded without requiring to process through the E-Parking Stamp system again.
• One receipt can be used for one car registered in the E-Parking system where the E-Parking system will count only the first car that completes the transaction successfully.
• Customers can process the E-Parking stamp only once per receipt. If any customer attempts to process it again, the system will only count the first transaction.
• For any errors in receipt stamping on the E-Parking Stamp, please contact the information counter for a free parking stamp.
• Customers can receive a maximum of 8 hours of free parking per receipt according to spending condition.
• The following cases require contacting the information counter for a free parking stamp:
  1. If any customer wishes to split one receipt among more than one car for free parking.
  2. If any customer buys services or products from the cinema, fitness centers, Paragon Hall, True Icon Hall, or any tutorial school located in Siam Center, Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon, or ICONSIAM.
  3. Free parking for ONESIAM KBank credit card members.
  4. If any customer wishes to apply a parking voucher.
• Receipts from service providers such as electricity, telecommunications, water bills, or bank service fees are not eligible for free parking stamps.
• After paying the parking fee, customers shall exit the parking area within 30 minutes to avoid any additional charges.
• If any customer completes the E-Parking Stamp process but the barrier gate does not open, please contact the attendant at the exit point.
• The E-Parking system is available for processing through ONESIAM SuperApp from 10:00 AM until 10:30 PM. If any customer wishes to record free parking hours outside of such times, the customer can obtain a parking fee deduction stamp at Parking Management Office, Siam Car Park GA Floor, telephone number: 02-658-1042.
• Customers represent and warrant that customers have read and acknowledged the contents of the privacy policy of Velocity Company Limited (the “Company”) (as the provider and operator of ONESIAM membership system), which explains the collection, use, disclosure and/or transfer of customers’ personal data, as prescribed in Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time. (Please read the Company’s privacy policy every time before conducting any transaction with the Company.) In addition, customers agree and acknowledge that as the Company is part of Siam Piwat Group which all collaborate and partially offer services, products, and systems to customers, including website-related services and systems: A. the Company may need to transfer customers’ personal data to other companies within Siam Piwat Group, or otherwise allow other companies within Siam Piwat Group to access to customers’ personal data, or B. other companies within Siam Piwat Group may need to transfer customers’ personal data to the Company, or otherwise allow the Company to access to customers’ personal data that other companies within Siam Piwat Group have, for the purposes set out in the Company’s privacy policy. Nevertheless, the Company will protect customers’ personal data and disclose customers’ personal data to provide interests to customers from receiving services from Siam Piwat Group.
