8. ระยะเวลาการเครดิตสำหรับไมล์ปกติที่ได้รับจากพันธมิตรที่มีสิทธิ์จะแตกต่างกันไปตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของพันธมิตร
9. ไมล์โบนัสจะถูกโอนเข้าบัญชีของสมาชิกที่ลงทะเบียนสำเร็จภายในวันที่ 15 มกราคม 2569 เป็นอย่างช้าที่สุด
10. สมาชิกที่มีสิทธิ์จะต้องแจ้ง Cathay Pacific ภายในวันที่ 31 มกราคม 2569 หากไม่ได้รับโบนัสไมล์ มิฉะนั้น Cathay Pacific Airways Limited และ Asia Miles Limited จะไม่รับผิดชอบและจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการชดเชยใดๆ
11. บัญชีสมาชิก Cathay ของสมาชิกที่มีสิทธิ์จะต้องยังคงใช้งานได้เมื่อมีการเครดิตโบนัสไมล์ มิฉะนั้น Cathay Pacific มีสิทธิ์ที่จะริบโบนัสไมล์หรือเรียกเก็บเงินในจำนวนที่เทียบเท่ากับมูลค่าของโบนัสไมล์
12. ไมล์โบนัสที่ได้รับภายใต้โปรโมชันนี้ไม่สามารถโอน คืนเงิน และไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือบริการอื่น ๆ ได้
13. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited และ Asia Miles Limited ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกโปรโมชันและแก้ไขข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขได้ตลอดเวลาโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
14. ในกรณีที่มีข้อพิพาทหรือมีข้อโต้แย้ง คำตัดสินของ Cathay Pacific Airways Limited และ Asia Miles Limited ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
15. เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดอื่น ๆ ของสมาชิก Cathay
16. สมาชิก ONESIAM สามารถโอน ONESIAM Coin เป็นคะแนนสะสม Asia Miles โดยทำการโอนผ่าน ONESIAM SuperApp ดังนี้
    อัตราการโอนคะแนนปกติ* 300 ONESIAM Coins = 100 Asia Miles (*อัตราการแลกเปลี่ยนดังกล่าวอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงในภายหลัง)
17. หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ของสมาชิก ONESIAM ที่ทำการโอน ONESIAM Coin จะต้องเป็นหมายเลขเดียวกันกับที่ใช้ลงทะเบียนสมาชิก Cathay ซึ่งให้บริการโดย บริษัท คาเธ่ย์ แปซิฟิค แอร์เวย์ จำกัด
18. แคมเปญการโอนคะแนนสะสมนี้ สำหรับสมาชิก ONESIAM ที่เป็นสมาชิก Cathay และมี ONESIAM SuperApp เพื่อใช้สำหรับโอน ONESIAM Coin ไปยังบัญชีสมาชิก Cathay ของตนเอง ทั้งนี้สมาชิก ONESIAM ไม่สามารถโอน หรือแลกคะแนนสะสมให้บุคคลอื่นได้
19. โปรแกรมการโอนคะแนนสะสมนี้สามารถใช้ได้กับสมาชิก ONESIAM ที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทย และนอกประเทศไทย ยกเว้นสมาชิก ONESIAM ที่อาศัยอยู่ในสหภาพยุโรป และสหราชอาณาจักร ทั้งนี้สมาชิกจะสามารถล็อกอินเข้าสู่บัญชีผู้ใช้ใน ONESIAM SuperApp ได้ต่อเมื่ออยู่ในประเทศไทย สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ฮ่องกง มาเลเซีย สิงค์โปร์ อินโดนีเซีย ไต้หวัน เกาหลีใต้ และญี่ปุ่นเท่านั้น
20. สามารถโอน ONESIAM Coin ผ่าน ONESIAM SuperApp ตามอัตราการโอนคะแนนที่กำหนด และสามารถโอนได้ไม่เกิน 30,000 ONESIAM Coin ต่อวัน ต่อสมาชิก โดย ONESIAM Coin จะถูกตัดออกจากบัญชีสมาชิก ตามจำนวน ONESIAM Coin ที่ทำการแลก และคะแนนสะสม Asia Miles จะเข้าบัญชีสมาชิกภายใน 7 วันทำการ หลังจากทำการโอน ONESIAM Coin เสร็จสมบูรณ์ สมาชิกสามารถตรวจสอบ Asia Miles ผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ Cathay หรือ Cathay mobile app
21. ONESIAM Coin จะถูกตัดออกจากคะแนนสะสมของสมาชิก ตามจำนวน ONESIAM Coin ที่ทำการแลกเสร็จสมบูรณ์ โดยสมาชิกไม่สามารถขอคืน ยกเลิก หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น ทั้งนี้ บริษัทมีสิทธิปฏิเสธการยกเลิกการแลก ONESIAM Coin หลังจากสมาชิกได้ทำการแลกสำเร็จไม่ว่าจะกรณีใดๆ
22. ONESIAM Coin ซึ่งได้โอนหรือใช้ไปแล้ว ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข ยกเลิก หรือคืนเป็นเงินสด ในภายหลังได้ ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
23. สมาชิกสามารถใช้คะแนนสะสม Asia Miles เพื่อแลกของรางวัลหมวดท่องเที่ยว และไลฟ์สไตล์ ตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด ทั้งนี้ กรุณาตรวจสอบข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดในเว็บไซต์ Cathay ก่อนใช้บริการ เงื่อนไขอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวกับสมาชิก Cathayเป็นไปตามที่กำหนดhttps://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_HK/legal-and-privacy/cathay-membership-terms-and-conditions.html
24. บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขข้อกำหนด รวมถึงอัตราการโอนคะแนน หรือนโยบาย และ/หรือสิทธิประโยชน์ใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสะสม ใช้ แลกเปลี่ยน และ/หรือโอนกับคะแนนสะสม Asia Miles (รวมถึงการยกเลิกหรือระงับสิทธิพิเศษต่าง ๆ) ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
25. ในกรณีเกิดข้อพิพาทหรือข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคะแนนสะสม Asia Miles นี้ การตัดสินของของ Cathay Pacific Airways Limited และ Asia Miles Limited ถือเป็นที่สุดและมีผลผูกพันผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย
26. บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการใช้ดุลยพินิจเพื่อตัดสิทธิการโอน ONESIAM Coin สำหรับการกระทำใด ๆ ก็ตาม อันมีเหตุให้เชื่อได้ว่าเป็นพฤติกรรม และ/หรือกิจกรรม ฉ้อโกง หรือการกระทำอื่นใดซึ่งละเมิดข้อบังคับ หรือข้อกฏหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการโอนคะแนนสะสมนี้ ทั้งนี้บริษัทสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการโอน ONESIAM Coin อันมิชอบดังกล่าวโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และบริษัทจะไม่คืนคะแนนสะสม Asia Miles ซึ่งได้ใช้ไปสำหรับการกระทำตามข้อนี้
27. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกให้แก่คู่ค้าของบริษัท เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการโอนคะแนนสะสมระหว่างกัน

*Terms and Conditions for the Special Campaign: Transfer ONESIAM Coin to Asia Miles

1. This promotion is applicable to all Cathay members with a residing address in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Cambodia (the ”Participating Countries”).
2. This promotion is applicable between 1 October 2025 and 31 October 2025 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive (the "Promotional Period").

4. Promotion shall not apply in conjunction with other promotions or privileges.
5. Regular Miles earned varies by individual partners. Members can check the miles rate on our partner pages. 
6. Each registered member will receive 10% bonus miles upon completing Eligible Transactions across any of the mentioned categories during the Promotional Period (“Promotional Offer”). Eligible Transactions should be credited and recorded in the member’s statement by 31 October 2025 to be eligible for the Promotional Offer
7. Transactions involving miles accrual from daily wellness goals on the Asia Miles by Cathay App and miles redemption transactions are not considered as Eligible Transactions for this promotion
8. Regular Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account within seven (7) working days after the ONESIAM Coin conversion has been successfully completed. Member can check the successfully converted Asia Miles via the Cathay website or the Cathay mobile app
9. Bonus Miles will be credited to the successfully registered member’s account by 15 January 2026 at the latest
10. The Eligible Members shall notify Cathay Pacific by 31 January 2026 if they do not receive the Bonus Miles; otherwise, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Asia Miles Limited accept no liability and will not be liable for any compensation
11. The Eligible Member’s Cathay membership account must remain valid when the Bonus Miles is granted, otherwise Cathay Pacific has the right to forfeit the Bonus Miles or charge an amount equivalent to the value of the Bonus Miles
12. The Bonus Miles earned under the Promotion is non-transferrable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services
13. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Asia Miles Limited reserve the right to alter or terminate the promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
14. In case of disputes or arguments, the decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Asia Miles Limited is final

16. ONESIAM members can convert ONESIAM Coin to Asia Miles through ONESIAM SuperApp as follows:
    Regular conversion rate* 300 ONESIAM Coins = 100 Asia Miles (*This conversion rate is subject to change).
17. The ONESIAM member’s mobile phone number for ONESIAM Coin conversion must be the same number as registered in the Cathay Membership account, which is operated by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited.
18. This point conversion is provided for ONESIAM members only who are Cathay members and have ONESIAM SuperApp to convert ONESIAM Coin to their own Cathay account. ONESIAM members cannot convert to other accounts.
19. The point conversion program is open to all Cathay Members regardless of their residency, except for ONESIAM members residing in the EU or UK region. Members can log in to their ONESIAM SuperApp account when in Thailand, China, Hongkong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan only.
20. Convert ONESIAM Coin via ONESIAM SuperApp according to conversion rate, and ONESIAM Coin can be converted at a maximum limit of 30,000 ONESIAM Coins per member per day. ONESIAM Coin will be deducted from the member’s account according to the amount of ONESIAM Coin conversion. Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account within seven (7) working days after the ONESIAM Coin conversion has been successfully completed. Member can check the successfully converted Asia Miles via the Cathay website or the Cathay mobile app.
21. ONESIAM Coin will be deducted from members’ coins according to the amount of completed ONESIAM Coin conversion that members cannot refund, cancel or change. The Company reserves the right to reject the cancellation of ONESIAM Coin redemption after members have redeemed entirely under any circumstances.
22. ONESIAM Coin that is converted or used, cannot be changed, adjusted, cancelled, or refunded for cash in any cases.
23. Member can use Asia Miles for redeeming travel and lifestyle reward as per the terms and conditions of the company. 24. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions, including conversion rate or policy and/or benefits of collection, redemption, and/or conversion in terms of Asia Miles (including the termination or suspension of privileges), whether in whole or in part at any time.
25. In case of any disputes or arguments related to Asia Miles, decision of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Asia Miles Limited is final and binding to all related parties.
26. The company reserves the right to disqualify any ONESIAM Coin conversion with a reason to believe that it might come from misuse and/or fraudulent activity or any other acts that may cause harm to the law of conversion. The company reserves the right to cancel ONESIAM Coin conversion for the above reason without prior notice and will not refund the Asia Miles regarding these transactions.
27. The company reserves the right to collect, use, and disclose members’ personal information to company partner for the purpose of point conversion.
